I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. the beautiful Amanecer Cabin had stunning views of the Peña and was perfect for relaxing. The staff were very accommodating, promptly assisting with ordering food and ensuring our jacuzzi experience was delightful. Breakfast was delicious with freshly made gorditas!

Loud neighbors ruining the serene environment!!! The check-in process felt unwelcoming, and it's frustrating there’s no place on-site for snacks or drinks!!! Consider improving communication regarding payment policies to avoid confusing guests!!!

The garden view from my chalet was truly stunning, offering a serene backdrop to my stay. The room itself was cozy, with lovely decor that added charm. The staff, while difficult to reach by phone, responded promptly to my messages when I had questions about the water supply.

However, I had big trouble finding my cabin as the directions were unclear.

The Amanecer Cabin was beautifully designed, with impressive views of the Peña right outside. Cozy, comfortable beds ensured a restful night, and the jacuzzi added a nice touch. Staff were friendly and resolved issues promptly, although reaching them by phone was a challenge at times. Breakfast featured delicious fresh cream cakes, elevating the dining experience.
